Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at uniquebel30@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In this case, UNIQUE will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or promotional items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Worn, washed, or altered items
